1. About us

This website is operated by Brndloop Ltd, trading as SimpleStuffCo ("we", "us", "our"). Brndloop Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16562365), with its registered office at 45 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4JL, United Kingdom. These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is free on every order.
Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure checkout.
If we discover a pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Offers and discount codes

Bundle savings: buy any 2 items and save 10%, or any 3 or more items and save 15%. The saving is applied automatically at checkout.
WELCOME10: 10% off for newsletter subscribers who haven't ordered from us before. It can be used once per customer.
Only one saving can be used per order. Discount codes can't be combined with bundle savings.
Offers have no cash value and we may change or end them at any time. This won't affect orders already placed.

5. Product information

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Lifestyle photos are styled to show how a product may be used, and colours, props and settings may differ from what you receive. Sizes and measurements are approximate. Please follow any instructions and safety information supplied with your product.

6. Delivery

Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your item passes to you once it's delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellations and returns

You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty items and your legal rights

We're legally required to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Refund Policy for how to contact us.

9. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. We'll let you know as soon as possible and you can cancel for a refund if the delay is significant.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
