Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order, wherever you are. There's no minimum spend, and no extra duties or taxes to pay on delivery.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union and a range of international destinations. The countries we deliver to are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

• Please allow 7–14 working days from the date of your order for delivery.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Christmas orders

Delivery can take longer during busy periods. If you're buying gifts, we recommend ordering early, as we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Orders outside the UK: no extra charges

All import duties and taxes are included in our prices. For orders delivered to the European Union, import VAT is paid at the border through the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). For all other international orders, duties and taxes are paid before your parcel arrives. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Tracking your order

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days, please email support.simplestuffco@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the courier and, if your parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order is sent.
